Abstract

Ta'zirat Tribunal is a quasi-judicial institution. The characteristic feature of the proceedings of Ta'zirat is speed, accuracy and consideration to the laws and regulations which requires the existence of special rules of the investigation in this authority. Since the emergence of restorative justice is the result of one of the changes in the attitude toward criminal justice, the aim of this study is to explain the principles of restorative justice in Ta'zirat Tribunals. The research method is analytically descriptive. Accordingly, what is obtained from the study of restorative justice principles in the branches of Ta'zirat Tribunals indicates that observance of these principles in the law and regulations of the organization has been implemented incompletely in some cases and in some cases has been fully addressed.
