Abstract
 




Economic crimes have targeted the stability and security of societies in various dimensions, the traditions and principles of democracy, moral values and justice, sustainable development and the rule of law. The full application of criminal principles and rules and procedural rules in the judicial process related to economic crimes will reduce the occurrence of this type of crimes. The purpose of the research is ultimately to reduce the commission of economic crimes and during it to reach the basic mechanisms to reduce the incidence of said crimes. Descriptive research method and analysis of concepts and legal components related to economic crime has been done in line with the purpose of the article. Considering this important issue that it is not possible to reduce economic crimes only with repressive measures, the article reached this achievement and concluded that among the criminal principles and rules, the principle of public proceedings and the independence of the judge have been mentioned as the most important and effective principles in dealing with economic criminals and at the same time preventing new crimes. Economic crime, has a collaborative nature, which an institution cannot do alone, it requires the participation of all its elements.
