Abstract
Social interaction is one of the most important indicators of delinquency prevention, which has It prompted the politicians to explain its role and position in the form of special regulations, and this is possible around the axis of the criminal, the victim, and the society, and social interaction takes place in line with the aforementioned three axes. Criminological theories such as restorative justice and crime prevention have been formed by considering the teachings of social interaction and have evaluated indicators such as mediation and compensation. Since the norms are under the control of the law, social interaction with the norm also plays an important role in preventing the occurrence of crime, and the most important type of prevention in this field can be called active or non-criminal prevention such as situational prevention. Society includes development and environment. Although it can be said that special laws and regulations have been established in order to interfere with different people in order to prevent crimes such as semans. For this reason, in the following article, the role and place of social interaction with the norm in the prevention of crime has been analyzed analytically and descriptively, and we have come to the conclusion that the role and place of social interaction with the norm. Crime prevention is something that cannot be hidden. So that the new criminal laws of Iran are valid for this claim according to the existing regulations and instructions in this field.
