Abstract
In theoretical criminology studies, theories such as interactionism and preferential association are proposed, which in this article, which is written with a descriptive, analytical method and library sources, examines the jurisprudence of this category first and then in Iran's criminal policy within the scope of the crystallization of interactionism theories. It is worth noting that in theoretical criminology, specifically the theories of interactionism and preferential association, basically by using information and data related to crime and then analyzing and processing them, etiology and theory Processing is done like tagging and suspension of pursuit. This type of criminology, which has been given a lot of attention in jurisprudential theories and Shari'a sources and evidences in view of the principle of human dignity in order to eliminate prison in possible cases and its deterrent role in other cases, following questioning in order to identify what and why.
