Abstract
Administrative corruption is one of the important challenges facing the administrative system in Iran. This has made it necessary to investigate ways to deal with it. Accordingly, the purpose of the article ,The purpose of this article is to investigate the impact of the regulatory legal system on the prevention of economic corruption. This article is descriptive and analytical. Materials and data are also qualitative and data collection was used in collecting materials and data. One of the effective factors in administrative corruption is the weakness and lack of administrative transparency, which makes the duties and policies of the government face problems and the policies take place in the closed circle of the rulers. As a result, the way of carrying out governmental responsibilities by the government is weakened and not supported by citizens. The result is that sometimes the politicians with the monopoly of absolute power, away from the public and without worrying about the supervision and control of the citizens, engage in policy making and action; In the sense that the more the monopoly power of government officials and their secrecy in decision-making increases, the more corruption will increase. On the other hand, the more accountability and social responsibility citizens have, and the more transparent the administrative system, laws and working relationships of employees and clients are, the less corruption will occur.
