Abstract
Crimes against the country's security are among the most important crimes, the various dimensions of which are discussed and disputed by jurists. Accordingly, the purpose of this article is to evaluate the crimes against the country's security. This article is descriptive and analytical. Materials and data are also qualitative and data collection was used in collecting materials and data. In this article, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness are observed. The findings showed that according to the legal approvals, the most important crimes against foreign security include crimes such as: treason and espionage and the most important crimes against internal security also include: Inciting people to kill and war with the intention of disrupting security, destroying public property, ammunition depots, armories, ships and airplanes and the like, attempts on the life of the leader or the president, opening centers of corruption and prostitution, destruction of public property, community and collusion against internal or external security are punishable by law. has determined for them. The result is that we are faced with a kind of fragmentation and lack of prioritization, conflict or contradiction of laws, partiality and non-compliance with the principles of law writing in the crimes against internal and external security in Iran's penal code. In the field of sentencing, there is no clear sentencing in the field of crimes against security in the Penal Code of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
