Cloning is one of the most advanced human steps in the field of medical science and genetic engineering and the beginning of a biotechnology revolution. The purpose of this article is to compare human assimilation from the perspective of the criminal law of Iran and England. The mentioned article is descriptive and analytical and library method is used. Currently, according to the criminal laws of Iran, none of the types of human assimilation processes have been criminalized. All kinds of assimilation processes in Iran's criminal law is purposeful, lawful, free, conscious, beneficial and useful action and in accordance with the expanding needs of today's mankind and in accordance with the rights and general interests of society and ethics, order and security and has no legal prohibition. While in the criminal law of the UK, only proliferative assimilations and the trade of egg cells, ovum cells, and cells containing mitochondria, which are related to this type of assimilation, are considered illegal and are subject to fines and fines. Subjective and restrictive laws in the English judicial system, as mentioned, are known to be in conflict with the undisputed principles of the English Constitution, which is an unconditional supporter of the principle of human free will and freedom.
