Sex robots are modern means of masturbation with maximum physical resemblance to human models that have saturated the market of sexual products. The purpose of the production of these products is to fulfill the sexual desires of people and also to eliminate emotional gaps. Enjoying and having sex with sex robots is not subject to the provisions of extreme sexual crimes such as adultery, lewdness, adultery, and rape. Whether it is from the point of view of jurisprudence and legal regulations that the parties are human beings is a condition for the realization of these crimes, in the differentiation of this issue, there is a chapter in the jurisprudence books under the title of wati baham, which indicates an important and essential condition for the realization of extreme sexual crimes and shows the difference It is between them. The crimes under Articles 637 and 638 of the Islamic Penal Code on Punishments approved in 1375 are crimes against chastity and public morals, both because of the condition of being human (Article 637), and publicly pretending to commit a forbidden act in public and in public places and passages (Article 638). ) does not include sex with sex robots. Masturbating and self-pleasuring in the case of including the subject under discussion (masturbation is achieved through hands or other human parts) due to the lack of criminalization by the legislator and according to the principle of legality of criminal law, it is against the subject.
