Incitement to commit suicide is one of the important issues that needs to be taken into consideration in the legislative field especially with the growing influence of social networks. Based on this, the purpose of this article is to investigate the incitement of another to commit suicide from the point of view of jurisprudence and law. The current topic is descriptive and analytical and has investigated the mentioned topic using the library method. The findings indicate that in jurisprudence, based on the The rule of Contribution in the Crime, inciting another to commit suicide is a crime. In the law of computer crimes, suicide has never been considered a criminal offense and incitement to suicide is punishable as an independent crime. Of course, the incitement must be effective and as a result of the incitement of another, he commits suicide or commits a crime or attempt to commit it.
