Violence in the family is as old as the history of the family. With the emergence of differences in the family and the excitement of emotions that can be caused by various factors, the use of violence against each other by family members is likely. Domestic violence has very unpleasant effects on the personality and life of family members. The most important result of family violence is the phenomenon that brings conflict and the disintegration of the family institution. The consequences and effects of violence are not only limited to the framework of the family and its members; Because the importance and role of the family in the society is such that its strengths and weaknesses affect the whole society. The importance and status of the family institution is not hidden from anyone, and the need to protect it is essential for the stability of the society and prevention of abnormality and deviance of individuals. Islam, as the last and most complete divine religion, affirms the importance and high status of the family and by adopting measures, it is concerned to preserve this institution and its important functions. One of the harms and threats facing the family can be identified as violence between family members, especially couples, and the set of responses of the community body (committee) to it is presented under the broad concept of "criminal policy". be made Based on this, the current research intends to study the set of measures provided in the Islamic religion to protect the family institution against the violence of its members. And the protection of the family institution has been examined.
