Security is one of the fundamental categories of citizens' lives, which interacts with the occurrence of crime and its prevention. Dependence on absolute security is not compatible with human life and is against the enjoyment and application of some rights, including the right to privacy. Prevention of crime is not only limited and exclusive to the actions after the crime, and during the commission of the crime and before it is also possible, the government in the general sense of the word, i.e. the governing powers of the legislature, the executive and the judiciary, take measures in order to realize the prevention of the crime. give Although privacy is essential in many cultures and societies; But sometimes and in case of conflict, it is possible to violate it. Of course, these violations are relative and may be different in some societies than others. The purpose of this research is to explain the consequences of the security of criminal law, which is in conflict with the violation of privacy, and the main question is what components of security-oriented prevention have the possibility of conflicting with the privacy of citizens. have?
