Redesigning the law is one of the power-oriented juridical methods to develop and secure the acquired rights of individuals. The requirements of Redesigning include a set of requisites that the criminal legislators must abide by within the framework of the concepts used in the field of criminal legislation. Failure to remove regulations without legal burden, criminalization without regard to the fundamental principles of criminal law, as well as neglect of the needs and demands of the society in the legislation, is only one part of the problems and neglects that occurred in the legislation of the Code book. On the other hand, the requirements of redesigning the Hodud book, are included as the strengthening of judicial institutions and innovations, the elimination of legal ambiguities and gaps through complete and comprehensive legislation, as well as essential amendment and revision of some legal articles. In this article, authors have tried using the analytical-argumentative method, cogitation and review on some legal articles, with regard to reliable Islamic sources and juridical doctrine to express the basics of Redesigning and the importance and necessity of revising the law and through this, state the prospect of reforming and Redesigning the Hodud Book. Therefore, to make the Redesigning of the law more effective in the framework of the criminal justice system, it is necessary to revise the previous legislation and take appropriate measures to monitor and amend the current law at the level of the legislative system.
