Jaefeh and Nafezeh are two injuries that have been introduced by the jurists in Islamic Criminal Jurisprudence against Physical integrity of persons, not the head and face and the Islamic Penal Code also deals with jaefeh in Articles 711 and 712 and Nafezeh in Article 713. in jurisprudence, some jurists considered these two injuries to be related to each other, the purpose of the research is to compare the mentioned injuries with each other in order to determine whether they should be considered as having the same type of injury or no and also to clarify the ambiguities surrounding them. jaefeh is related to the middle hollow parts of the body and Nafezeh is specific to the hand or feet, jaefeh has one third of blood money and Nafezeh has one tenth of blood money and there is no difference between men and women. Also, no special tools are considered to create jaefeh and Nafezeh, but it should be in such a way that deep crack in the organs, the findings of the research are that considering the commonalities and differences that the mentioned injuries have with each other, there are apposite reasons that make them separate from each other and in fact, it should be said that these two injuries are different from each other in their most important issues. They have, therefore, it is more appropriate to believe that they are not related to each other and in the event that the appearance aforementioned injuries, also give result other injuries, if no blood money interference conditions, the principle is based on the multiplicity of the blood money.
