The victimization of women is a worrying phenomenon in today's societies, because women, in addition to being victimized by crimes, also bear the burden of being victimized by the economic, cultural, and political structure. Based on this, the aim of this article is to investigate the methods of supporting women victims in the field of financial crimes. This article is descriptive and analytical and has investigated the mentioned subject by using the library method. The findings indicate that supporting women's victimization in financial crimes in judicial criminal policy, in legislative criminal policy and in executive criminal policy is one of the most important ways to support women's victimization in the field of financial crimes. Increasing the risk of committing a crime against women by increasing the criminal cost of committing a crime can affect the selection process by criminals and thus reduce the rate of women's victimization. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt a differential criminal policy through the mechanism of special criminalization and intensifying the punishment of criminals whose victim is a woman., but in Iran, due to the lack of sufficient criminal protections and the lack of a differential criminal policy, the victimization of women is increasing. Accordingly, it is necessary to adopt a differential criminal policy to reduce crimes against women.
