Consultation is a term given to a new approach to traditional criminal justice. Based on this new strategy, responding to the crime is formed and implemented not only based on the unilateral decision of the judicial authority, but also through the agreement with the perpetrator of the crime. Based on this mechanism, the judicial authority in the cases determined by the law can implement criminal justice from the traditional and vertical and one-sided mode to a horizontal and bilateral mode. The strategy of consensualization of criminal proceedings can be considered as having a strong relationship with Collaborative Criminal Proceedings. In this article, while analyzing the concept of consensualization of criminal proceedings, its relationship with Collaborative Criminal Proceedings has been discussed. The results of this study show that intervening the civil society in criminal proceedings based on Contractualization can lead to the restoration of the disturbed order of the society and the rehabilitation of the criminal, and prevent judicial tyranny, adjust the costs of the judicial system and promote and strengthen the legitimacy of the political and judicial system.
