Paying attention to industrial property rights is considered one of the fundamental fields for the scientific and economic development of the country, and violating these rights and committing crimes in this field, while harming the entitled people, in many cases causes violation of consumer rights. It also becomes a doer; Therefore, it seems necessary to apply a correct and efficient criminal policy in order to protect industrial property rights. Therefore, in the present essay, which is organized in a descriptive-analytical way and using the library method, while explaining the jurisprudential foundations of criminal policy against crimes against industrial property, it also explains and examines the criminal policy of Iran's legal system in this area. has been The results of the research show that some jurisprudential rules such as the rule of non-harm, the rule of maintaining the system and the rule of the obligation to prevent possible damage indicate the necessity of protecting industrial property rights and the necessity of preventing the violation of these rights, and although the laws in question contain a number of security measures in This area has been mentioned and in some cases criminalization and punishment have been attempted in this regard.
