The discussion of apostasy is one of the important issues of Islamic jurisprudence which has been raised in the jurisprudential texts of the Imamieh, in various jurisprudence discussions and especially in the realm of limits. The well-known view (which is also a consensus story), is that apostasy is on two natural and national levels that are detailed in the terms of Rulings too. One of the main issues in the disagreement between the two groups is the requirement for the repentance of the national apostates and the need for the killing of natural apostate which the difference in this last part of the sentence is of interest to us in this article since few Imamieh jurisprudents have questioned the above-mentioned detailed discussion and the study of the historical course of the foundations and evidences contained in the famous promise and the disadvantages they inflict upon them puts us to the necessity of a citation for the repentance of all the apostates, which is in agreement with the general narratives in this regard.
